The 70-year-old vineyards provide the dense character and powerful dark fruit aromas. Appearance: Vibrant deep red with crimson hue. Aroma: Ripe dark berries and black currant accented by hints of plum. A touch of anise and cinnamon are accompanied by subtle notes of leather. Flavor: Stylish and powerful, with a rich, fruit-driven palate. Medium- to full-bodied with flavors of dark tobacco, jam and hints of anise are flowed by a long, bold finish.
